Blumont invites proposals from eligible and qualified Training Firms for Capacity Building (Training of District & Tehsil Education Officials) as per attached scope of work. Blumont anticipates awarding a single contract as a result of this Solicitation. Blumont reserves the right to award more or fewer awards than anticipated above. Selection of firm shall be made by following the evaluation criteria established under part I of this RFP. Offerors are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals separately in sealed envelopes and have those delivered on or before December 14, 2019.
