Blumont invites proposals from eligible and qualified insurance companies for its 43 employees under the Sindh Community Mobilization Program (CMP) project, working in Karachi and North Sindh Districts, initially for one year as per the attached statement of services. Blumont anticipates awarding a single contract as a result of this Solicitation. Blumont reserves the right to award more or fewer awards than anticipated above. Selection of firm shall be made by following the evaluation criteria established under part I of this RFP. Offerors are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals separately in sealed envelopes and have those delivered on or before December 13, 2019.
