A well trained technical staff who can work in state of art “Blood Transfusion Services” (BTS)

Bleeding of donors during Mobile Blood Camps and donations at Blood Bank, NHQ.
|
|

|
Nursing care to the donors (Pre & Post Donation).
|
|

|
Documentation of donor cards and preparation of results.
|
|
4
|
Handling of Donor Reactions.
|
|
5
|
Assist Medical Officer while donor examination.
|
|
6
|
Computer record keeping of donor registration, collection and Distribution.
|
|
7
|
Interview of positive donors.
|
|
8
|
Counseling of donors.
|
|
9
|
Supervise cleaning of collection area.
|
|
10
|
Checking of all equipments and phlebotomy tray in collection area.
|
|
11
|
Checking of phlebotomy area.
|
|
12
|
Autoclaving of instruments.
|
|
13
|
Assist Lab Technicians in grouping
|
|
14
|
Assist Lab Technician in screening
|

Education
|
|
Nursing Diploma from recognized institute.
|
|
Experience
|
|
Minimum 03 years of experience in- Blood Bank & Diagnostic Laboratory
|
|
Skills/Knowledge
|
- Computer & IT literate, Can work on MIS Software,
- Can work independently in BTS and Diagnostic Services
- Experience in phlebotomy for Blood Bank
- Can perform duties in shift system.
