Customer Sales Representative (CSR-I)
Morning/Evening

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive Patient’s calls
• Maintain Log Sheet of Incoming calls
• Provide assistance to the patients visiting the lab
• Provide relevant information to patients in time
• Initiation of CSR Follow up Sheet
• Data entry in Demographic Analysis sheet
• Any other task assigned by the concerned Operational head

Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Minimum Intermediate with at least 02 years of relevant experience
