The Fleming Fund through its country grant is supporting the government to implement strategies to address and reduce anti-microbial resistance in Pakistan they have put in place. DAI is the implementing partner for the Fleming Fund Grant activities in Pakistan. The aim of the project is to work closely with national and provincial governments to support them in the implementation of the National Action Plan for AMR through its investment, chiefly, in public sector laboratories and surveillance systems, thereby supporting national public health systems and will invest in areas which complement and build on work done to date adopting a one health approach


The Coordination Officer will be responsible for all the front desk and related tasks. Their responsibilities will also include the provision of high quality, core administrative support to the Team Leader.


  1. Organizing meetings, ensuring all arrangements for meetings are made.
  2. Maintaining records of all vendors, partners, organizations, donor agencies etc.
  3. Maintaining the staff contact list.
  4. Coordinate all external requests for conferences, and meetings. Keep clear and easily accessible records of all requests.
  5. Provide support to visitors and visiting delegations as necessary.
  6. Providing callers with information such as company address, directions to the office, company website, and other related information.
  7. Receiving, sorting, recording, and forwarding incoming mails of Team Leader.
  8. Ensure attendance register is maintained. Make sure staff mark their attendance daily, and biometric entry is made. Update the Team Leader on staff attendance on daily basis by email.
  9. Maintaining, and routing publications and letters.
  10. Maintain awareness of staff movement in and out of office.
  11. Coordinating the picking up, and delivery of regular and express mail services (TCS, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.) for Team Leader.
  12. Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
  13. Assisting with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  14. Provide support to the Team Leader including, but not limited to; preparing materials for distribution, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and other documentation,
  15. Manage the Team Leader`s diary’s, and by setting up meetings, screening calls and visitors.
  16. Make travel arrangements of the Team Leader, if needed.
  17. Maintain Team Leader’s correspondence files.
  18. Assist the Team Leader by the completion of day to day assigned tasks.
  19. Any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.


The position reports to the Team Leader.


The role will be based in Islamabad.
