Relevant Experience:
· The candidate should have at least 14 years of education
· Preference will be given to those candidates, who have done level II diploma in Accommodation operation services/Housekeeping from any recognized institute.
· At least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry and teaching.
· Sound knowledge of the core themes in hotel industry such as Housekeeping, and Laundry Operations, etc.
Job Description:
· Conduct regular sessions of Housekeeping course according to given modules.
· Design and variant course content in a time of need.
· Develop lesson plans of Housekeeping trainees according to the given syllabus.
· Take attendance on a daily basis and maintain attendance register for the given classes.
· Prepare and facilitate in conducting Pre-test, Post Tests and finale evaluation papers.
· Attend regularly fortnight trainer’s meetings.
· Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/ evaluation sheet related to the course.
· Maintain trainees’ portfolios record for the final evaluation.
· Check trainees’ evaluation sheets and maintain assessment record.
· Inform trainees about exams schedules and important events/ Functions etc.
· Facilitate staff and co-workers in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs.
· Any other task assigned by the management. Responsible to manage, coordinate and provide administrative support.
