Qualification:

  • DAE (Chemical) from a recognized institution


Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in petro-chemical industry
  • Preference will be given to candidates having good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry, LPG Plants Operations and LPG Distribution Networks

Duties and Responsibilities:

LPG Receipt and Storage in Tanks

  • Verification and supervision of LPG receipts, storage and transferring operations
  • Ensure safe LPG storage and transferring activity
  • Gauging of tanks and recording
  • Assurance of quality and quantities assessment during LPG receipts through pipeline(s)

LPG Bottling in Cylinders

  • Ensure weight completeness of each filled cylinder before dispatch
  • Checking of cylinder weight with certified weighting scale on platform

Plants Performance and Optimization

  • Ensure LPG RVP, gravity residue to Standards parameters,
  • Compliance of HSE Standards and programs to avoid any loss
  • Compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Quality Control and Assurance

  • Review, Establishment and Maintenance of Quality Control Standards and Systems

Storage and Custody Transfers

  • Daily calculations / correction of volume on daily basis
  • Control records of LPG receiving, filing and sales
  • Gauging and Monitoring of Tanks and Stocks
  • Ensure safe handling and witness meter proving


Note: The duties and responsibilities of this position involves 70% of Technical / Plant Operations related tasks and 30% of LPG Distribution.
