General objectives of the function:

The Administrative & Finance Coordinator will be responsible for the management of administrative, legal, financial, accountancy and budgetary aspects of the organization working in Pakistan, in order to guarantee the implementation and respect of rigorous procedures to maintain a transparent financial management in line with organizational principles and values, to support the fulfilment of the objectives of the mission and to ensure respect of organization and donors’ guidelines.

The position’s requirements are:

Academic Qualifications:

  • Master in Management Sciences or any other relevant advanced degree.

Experience:

  • More than 05-Years’ experience in an INGO in a similar position
  • Experience in management of multi-projects budgets and foreign donors

  • Cultural Awareness and Apprehension, Flexibility and Adaptability, Complexity and Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, Creativity and Initiative

Conceptual Competencies :

  • Leadership and Team Management, Networking and Negotiation, -  In-depth Analysis and Problem Solving, Strategic planning and Vision, - Adherence to the organization and Humanitarian Values

Linguistic Competencies:

  • Excellent command of English is essential
  • Other languages are added advantage
