Main Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans on approved formats and share with management a week prior to the initiation of training.
Apply variety of training techniques and strategies to achieve the desired competencies and learning outcomes.
Conduct regular training sessions as per the approved schedule.
Conduct pre & post evaluations and update the results in Management Information System.
Monitor the learning process of trainees, develop reports and share on weekly and monthly basis.
Manage trainees’ progress evaluation (Formative & Summative) and submit reports to supervisor within a week of evaluation.
Maintain daily attendance of trainees and update the data int MIS.
Ensure efficient use and management of training equipment, supplies and accessories.
Develop and share monthly progress reports.
Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate should have at least 14 years of education
Preference will be given to candidates having done level-II diploma in Accommodation Operations & Services through City & Guilds UK.
At least two years of relevant industry experience
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Urdu
