Knowledge of adult learning theories and strategies.
Minimum two years of practical experience.
Job Description:
Develop session plans on approved format and share with management one week prior to initiation of the training.
Apply variety of training techniques and strategies to achieve the required competencies and learning outcomes.
Conduct regular training sessions as per the approved schedule.
Conduct pre and post evaluations and update the results in Management Information System.
Monitor the learning process of trainees, develop reports and share with supervisor on weekly basis.
Conduct trainees’ progress evaluation (formative & summative) and submit reports (hard & soft copies) to supervisor.
Mark daily attendance of trainees and enter the data into MIS regularly.
Address trainees, management and other stakeholders’ feedback and strive to improve the quality on regular basis.
Ensure prudent use of training equipment, supplies, accessories and ensure the safety and security.
Develop and submit monthly progress reports.
Perform any other task assigned on need basis.
