JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent will be responsible to undertake all M&E related activities of the project. S/ he would be responsible for management of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data including, cleaning data and reporting.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites. Provide recommendations to the staff for effective implementation of activities to the project objectives
- Regular follow-up and report on the compliance of monitoring visits and provide recommendations for quality assurance and effective monitoring.
- To coordinate quarterly data collection and analysis of findings & sharing progress reports to the project and relevant core management team.
- With the support of MIS officer, supervise and maintain the databank/ MIS with updated data about the project activities, updated progress reports and other relevant information periodically collected.
- Assist in developing, review and compile weekly, monthly, bi-annual reports as per donors’ requirement.
- With M&E core team, prepare, support and participate in conducting baseline, end line surveys/, assessments/ studies and project evaluations.
- Responsible for training and supervision of survey teams required for evaluating project/ program results and impacts.
- To prepare and review detailed implementations plans, work break downs as per projects requirement.
- Assist Project Coordinator in designing M & E systems.
- Coordinate and assist the M&E Officer for documentation of project learnings periodically.
- Coordinate and assist the M&E in compilation and consolidation of ‘accountability to beneficiaries’ analysis report (as and when required).
- Assist the Project Coordinator to in developing Power Point presentations for donors and other stakeholders as and when required.
- Develop and share a detailed M&E report on monthly basis with MER section and Project Coordinator.
- Develop case studies/success stories of the project
- Regular follow on DIP and report accordingly
- Verify the system-based (MIS) beneficiaries’ data
- Document lesson learned and best practices
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Desired Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- 16 years education from any HEC recognized university preferably in business operations management, social/development studies or in Information Management
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent computer skills and expertise in use of various data analyzing software
- Good report writing skills
