POST: Executive Engineer (Implementation)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a major in Telecommunications recognized by PEC. Additional higher qualification(s) will be preferred; with total experience of at least 5 years.
- Hands on experience of Cellular Access Network implementation, Audit, drive testing, BoQ verification, vendor management for 2G/3G/4G Networks, Network Backhaul testing and audit, per given specifications.
- Minimumrelevant experience of 3years post qualification in all mentioned abovein similar capacity with overall at least 5 years of experience of implementation of RAN, Transport, RFand Fiber Optics.
- Possess excellent communication, technical report writing and presentation skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To implement Telecom / ICT based company projects.
To guidethe team to accomplish annual targets and assigned KPIs for deployment of company networks.
To do effective and continuous communication with SM (Implementation) and Manager (Implementation).
To ensure that the project sites and nodes are deployedtimely with quality standards in line with company rules.
Effective and timely communication with multiple Telecom Operators, service providers and Company Management.
Extensive travelling is required as per work requirement in any project area across the country under Company mandate.
