For Biometric Machine 

We are inviting quotation from suppliers registered with Income Tax and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Biometric Attendance Machine as per below specifications:

Terms and Conditions:

• Hashoo Hunar Association has authority to reject any quotation without furnishing any reason.
• Hashoo Hunar Association will enter in an agreement with the supplier with prior approval of competent authorities.
• All payments will be made through cross cheque / PO to supplier.
• Quality of items will not be compromised, and HHA has reserved the right to cancel the contract at any time; cost of substandard supplies will be borne by the supplier.
• Quoted prices will be inclusive of taxes.

• Hashoo Hunar Association will deduct taxes at source as per prevailing Government rules.
• Payment will be made subject to delivery of services, invoice and tax certificate.
• Quotations should be on Letterheads, signed and stamped.
• Quotation submission deadline will be on February 13, 2019 till at 04:30pm in a sealed envelope.
