JOB PURPOSE:  The position will be responsible for the overall planning, and management of Skills Development interventions related to HMTP in HF target regions. It includes the entire functioning of the program (budgeting, procurement request, recruitment, and training), the planning and execution of the interventions. It will ensure the development and effective management of HMTP, and the project funded hospitality trades across Pakistan and provide the technical support, guidance, and facilitation to the regional team to achieve the set milestones.

 Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Liaison and closely coordinate with stakeholders including the direct beneficiaries to improve the quality of training, service delivery and secure international accreditation and registration.

Build and strengthen strong linkages with the target industry, academia, target beneficiaries and communities to promote the skills development agenda with the focus on HMTP.  

To develop the HMTP program, policy, procedures, improvement in curriculum and training delivery methods in line with the industry standards, contextually relevant to contemporary trends in the industry.

Coordinate with central and Regional M&E and Communication leads in order to upkeep the updated data and information leading to knowledge management and to facilitate the conduction of program evaluations, visibly, promotion and projection.

Responsible for the overall management and implementation of HMTP related activities where and when required across Pakistan and to provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of HMTP implementation through the conclusion of the training/activities.

Guide and facilitate the regional teams to execute HMTP and to increase the outreach of HHA.

Facilitate operational staff in the implementation of an integrated MIS and financial management system.

To provide technical inputs and expertise to program development team and work on financial modeling, budgeting and to set each training entities as cost centers.

Plan and take strategic steps to establish HMTP as the sustainable program.

Explore the partnership and networking opportunities to increase the program reach, improving cost recovery, visibility, and growth of the organization.

Provide technical assistance and facilitation to regional job placement/employment cells to develop placement plan, achieve employment targets and facilitate the trained youth in establishing the small business.

Take lead in preparing plans and consolidated periodic progress reports, present project milestones as and when HF higher management requires.

Support for the hiring of HMTP related professional staff, assigning their role and extend due support to achieve the deliverables and anticipated results.

Supervise the support and admin as well as marketing staff to ensure the timely and integrated support to HMTP teams.

Any other task assigned by the management.
