Job duration: Initially for 1 month contract (June 2018) with possibility of extension for 2 years

Line Management

The Fleet Coordinator reports to and works under the supervision of the Office Manager and Head of Operations and Security.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

  • Manage driver’s duty roaster, timesheet, and overtimes.
  • Manage vehicle service and maintenance record on monthly basis.
  • Update the vehicle fuel sheet on weekly basis.
  • Manage international arrival sheet on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure all vehicles are being maintained, and that the drivers are following ASO’s transport policies.
  • Other duties as specified by the Line Manager, Project Manager, and Director.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Qualification: Must be Graduate.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years working experience in transport management.
  • Required Skills:
    • Good written and verbal use of the English language (this will be tested during the selection process).
    • Good in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) especially Excel.
