Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) is public sector Company established by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with Head Office at Peshawar, is looking for dynamic and high achieving business leader for the position of General Manager HR, Admin and Procurement.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Masters in Human Resources Management from recognized National or International Institute. Relevant certification in HR, Procurement & Administration will be preferred.

Experience:   Minimum 15 years of experience with 10 years in Human Resources Department of National or International organization or public utility companies.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, improve and enforce best HR policies to strengthen merit, transparency and fairness in all areas of human resources.
• Ensure optimal utilization of available human capital and alignment of its output with the company’s goals and objectives through career progression, training and development.
• Manage and develop systems and programs of compensation and benefits to achieve the efficiency of manpower cost, keeping them within the limits of economic feasibility of business, ensuring the competitive capacity of compensation system and providing suitable suggestions of amendments.
• Supervise and lead all HR function including recruitment & Selection, performance management, job rotation, promotions, leave management, succession planning, payroll management and generating positive learning organizational culture & discipline in the company.
• Ensure industrial peace throughout the organization by effectively handling and negotiating with employee’s representative bodies including CBA
• Exposure in HIRIS and information system reporting.
• Oversee procurement process as per KPPRA Rules and general practices of procurement.

Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
