Eligibility:-

• An in-depth knowledge and understanding of his/her sector;
• Experience in working on international donor projects
• An ability to work in diverse cultural settings;
• A proven record in producing timely and tangible results to the satisfaction of all stakeholders; and
• Extensive field experience.
• An excellent command of English is required.
