SPO invites sealed bids from well reputed Broadcasting companies for provision of rates for 1 hour TV talk shows based in our Peshawar Region. You are requested to kindly submit (sealed quotations) in hardcopy through surface mail on below mentioned address for 1 hour TV Talk show (Including your commercials slots) on any day preferably from 4pm to 7 pm. The show will cover mainly the subject of (Transforming Community for Peaceful Co-Existence) and tolerances towards each other. A panel of SPO identified dialogue group comprising members from various minority communities will participate in the show/s. Also we would record some shows in various Educational Institutions of Peshawar and some in the studios. Accordingly, if we find your rates comfortable and unified; we can go with multiple broad casting companies. Similarly if we find inconsistency in rates we will stick to 1 corporation giving lowest rates. In total we have 9 shows to air.
Anchor will be - From the channel concerned while one SPO staff from Peshawar team will deliver concluding remarks.
Airing time - 1 hour including your own advertisement
On Air - Once in a week
News/Entertainment - Dialogue/Talk Show
Participants - will be provided by SPO Peshawar Office
Outdoor/indoor - Both. However, outdoor recording at different

Taxes - Include all Taxes that are chargeable under Income Tax Laws of Government of Pakistan.

SPO has the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. Last date for submission of bids is 04 October, 2018 on or before 1700 hrs.

- GST registered and have regularly deposited applicable taxes in government treasury verifiable by the last six month’s sales tax return
- Separate Technical Specifications are available for each category
- A firm can apply for one or more items
- The sealed bids with vendor profile, sample items should reach SPO where required on the date mentioned in the notice
- In case of dispute between the parties, the same shall be referred for arbitration under Pakistani law, and the award in such arbitration shall be final and binding
- If any bidder needs clarification on any technical specifications or general conditions, s/he must do so in writing. The clarification, if any, shall be issued to all bidders
- There have been no legal proceedings invoked against the firm.
