PMER Coordinator (Planning, Monitoring,
Evaluation & Reporting)

The German Red Cross – Pakistan Delegation inviting applications for the PMER Coordinator (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting) from experienced and dynamic individuals who possess a demonstrable track record of meeting challenging targets and deadlines.

Selection Criteria: (Education and Required Experience)

• Master degree in Social Sciences/Development Studies
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Programme/Community Development/Humanitarian or relevant field
• Experience in writing and editing humanitarian project reports  

Please Note:

• Experience with management of external relations
• Experience of working with local communities and integrated programmes
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written are mandatory, additional language skills in Urdu, Pashto, Sindhi and Punjabi are an asset
• Application needs to have a high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with strong sensitivity to intercultural effectiveness and relations
• Having experience with Red Cross/ Red Crescent Movement is preferred.
• Ready to travel and stay out of station any time.
