TASKS (PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS)

  • Assist APTs in developing activity budgets and coordinate with Procurement and HR teams for cost verification of grant budgets  
  • Assist APTs in reviewing milestone documentation and submit deliverable approval/payment requests to the PDO, DCOP and Finance department.
  • Work closely with APTs to complete grant cycle documentation on TAMIS and Binders
  • Maintain inventory for items purchased under each grant
  • Prepare weekly projections to be sent to Finance
  • Support APTs in reviewing vetting form and proactively identify errors and/or missing information for timely submission 
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation team in entering the data collected from the field through various M&E tools
  • Ensure the data is properly cleaned and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
  • Perform any and all other tasks as may be assigned by the Program Development Coordinator in a manner that contributes to achievement of the project’s work plan and objectives.


Qualifications

  • University degree in relevant field. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related role required.
  • Experience with grants or small grants under contract programs required.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.
