Request for Quotation (RFQ)

DAI Pakistan Private Limited invites qualified vendors to submit quotations to supply and deliver Internet Service Providers (ISP), as outlined below.

• Due date & time for receipt of Questions: February 27, 2018, 1700 – Pakistan Time.
• Due date & time for submission of Quotes: March 16, 2018, 1700 – Pakistan Time.
• Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DAI’s discretion.
• Offerors shall submit proposals electronically (via email) to [email protected] by the deadlines. Bidders must state the RFQ number and the title of the activity in the subject line of the email.
• Offerors shall confirm in writing that the Offeror fully understands that their proposal must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days.
• Offerors shall sign and date the Price Schedule, in lieu of a formal cover letter.
• Offerors shall submit the Attachment A. Price Schedule template in Excel format (see attached)
• All services are subject to GST prevailing tax rates in Pakistan.
