Job Description:

  1. Conduct all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job advertisements, updating SIH job portal timely, documentation, and any other related activity.
  2. Coordinate pre-employment medical checkup.
  3. Maintain a well-structured CV data base.
  4. Coordinate and conduct interviews of selected candidates.
  5. Coordinate and ensure that orientation activities and documentation is completely timely (new joiners pictures, banking sessions, signing of documents i.e. agreements, appointment letters and job description, and completion of Employee Job Forms).
  6. Coordinate with departments in respective areas regarding their vacant positions and new inductions of SIH, External Services Division (ESD), and G-10 Hospital etc.
  7. Receive and maintain the log of personnel requisition forms of vacant positions & new inductions.
  8. Conduct prescreening telephonic interviews with job applicants for middle and managerial positions.
  9. Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts on SIH job portal (internal & external), social media websites and newspapers, as required.
  10. Schedule and conduct Panel Interviews.
  11. Generate Applicant ID for selected candidates.
  12. Conduct orientation of new joiners and ensure proper documentation is completed during orientation (for education, experience and license verification).
  13. Keep record of hold and selected candidates for future opportunities.
  14. Communicate efficiently with respective departments to ensure the needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Perform background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts and credentials.
  16. Negotiate salary, problem-solving, and counseling with the job candidate.
  17. Provide relevant information to candidates, employees, and visitors and referring to appropriate person, if required.
  18. Maintain human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
  19. Verify candidate’s background by contacting references (where required).
  20. Coordinate the daily operations of HR&D department.
  21. Facilitating human resources processes.
  22. Resolve queries on priority with coordination of other relevant departments as required.
  23. Continuous follow up on queries of employee until their resolution.
  24. Making reports of department activities on daily/ weekly/monthly basis, as required.
  25. Preparing reports and presentations of various projects and tasks as & when required.
  26. Maintain professional growth by keeping abreast of HR trends and practices.
  27. Ensure compliance of HR policies viz a viz day to day operational activity.
  28. Ensure p/filing of respective sections documentations.
  29. Facilitate staff and ensure any problems and delays are addressed accordingly.
  30. Negotiate with placement officer of different networks.
