Consultant Required for Project
end evaluation

An international non-governmental organization working in Pakistan is seeking to recruit a Consultant for project end evaluation of an Eye Health project in Quetta, Baluchistan. The brief TORs of the consultant are as under:

1. Be a public health expert with experience of child health projects and knowledge of gender and disability
2. Must have carried out donor funded end project evaluations that have included the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, particularly school health / screening projects.
3. Must have good geographical knowledge and understanding of governance systems of Baluchistan province in health and education sector and have expert knowledge in Health / Education Sector.
4. Must possess excellent English writing skills.
5. If the candidate has prior experience of conducting USAID funded project evaluation(s), this would be a benefit and preferable
