Position:          Assistant Finance Officer

Location:          Head Office - Islamabad

Report to:         Deputy Manager Finance


Profile Summary:

Flexible, Hard-worker, Energetic, dedicated and responsible.


Tasks and deliverables: 

  1. Assist in record keeping and management of staff provident fund.
  2. Cash and bank management including safe keeping of petty cash.
  3. Preparation of monthly financial reports.
  4. Punching and processing of vendor and employee’s claims.
  5. Preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
  6. Record keeping and filing of vouchers & other documents.
  7. Assist in internal and external audit.
  8. Any other assignment given by the supervisor.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of MS Office, financial reporting & communication skills


Qualifications and Experience:

 MBA/M.Com Finance

At least two year of office work experience
