Overview

The IT Manager will manage all information technology and information security aspects of the program across the three offices. The position will report to the Senior Operations Manager in Islamabad. The IT Manager will provide technical oversight and guidance to the IT Officers in the regional offices.  

Scope of Work

• Manage IT and communications equipment, network and information systems, and security, including communication links to IT officers in regional offices.
• Manage requests to Home Office Sys Admin for new user accounts and DAI Information Management System access.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of computers, servers, peripherals and software.
• Provide training on information security.
• Provide technical guidance to IT Officers in regional offices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• B.S. University degree in relevant field. Master’s Degree will be preffered
• Intimate knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware and software systems.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in related role required.
• Relevant experience working on USAID contract in a related role highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• English language fluency required.
