Job Description

The Game Monetization Manager will develop strategies that drive monetization. The incumbent will analyze and define strategies to increase player conversion, in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU). He/she will be responsible to obtain and analyze business targets and requirements with the Producer

  • Our ideal candidate will have deep experience in mobile games monetization, business analytics, strategic relationship building, and deal negotiation
    • Recommendations new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
    • - Define metrics and dashboards to evaluate the game's performances
    • Set up and follow up with the production team on the monetization strategy and features of the game at all production phases
  • You have the eye for great creative, and the project management chops to manage and develop marketing assets end to end for all relevant marketing campaigns
  • Knowing what it takes to successfully market live services games, you will drive user acquisition, retention & engagement for our current and future players
  • As an experienced digital marketer, you will plan and execute ongoing marketing activities behind new content updates, sales promotions, and in-game events
  • You will also be in charge of analyzing the data behind promotions and campaigns, determining what the successes and failures were, and then making recommendations for future promotions and campaigns based on your analysis
