Purpose of the Job:

The AM Taxation contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively complying the regulatory requirements of federal and provincial revenue authorities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: In which the job must deliver in order to successfully meet its purpose.

  • Timely filing of periodic tax returns and statements
  • Maintanace of record for tax purpose
  • Liaison with legal and tax consultnts
  • Timely reply to departmental notices and hearing
  • Ensures accurate tax withholdings and deductions as prescribed.
  • Team building

External

Regulatory Authorities,Vendors, Customers, Tax Consultantants

Job Specifications:

Key Experiences

  • Member of recognized accounting body, CA Finalist,Masters or Law graduate with    8 - 10 year of relevant experience

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of taxation laws corporate finance and accounting principles & proceedings and corporate best practices.
  • A strategic mind with analytical ability
  • In depth Knowledge and experience of application of IFRS

Direct: Manager Finance

Indirect: Head of Finance
