Tasks and deliverables:

  1. Operating of telephone exchange; dial/receive all calls/messages and directs to relevant staff member and keep record.
  2. Ensure staff attendance and leave record of Head Office staff as per policy.
  3. Timely submission of Utility Bills for payment after necessary process.
  4. Prepare monthly leave report and submit to HR section.
  5. Maintain the complete mail log and distribution.
  6. Maintain visitor’s log.
  7. Maintain First Aid Kit.
  8. Maintenance of office supplies stock and record.
  9. Provide stationary to all staff as per requests and record.
  10. Prepare monthly admin report and submit to Administration.
  11. Administration of office cleanliness.
  12. Ensure daily newspapers are properly displayed and previous day are sent for record;
  13. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

  • Excellent observation, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional approach to all routine tasks and displays a sense of responsibility at all times.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of Computer software i.e. MS Office etc.
  • Flexible to work for long hours.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Holder of at least Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience.
