 Job Description:

  • Manage regional office’s human resources needs in coordination and instructions from the HR Manager in Islamabad, HR Manual, and local labor law.
  • Ensure that local project personnel including Long Term Technical Assistance, Short Term Technical Assistance, and any other project management and support personnel, are hired and fielded in accordance policies and procedures, and local labor law.
  • Review and verification of personnel and technical training cost in Grant Budgets. 
  • Facilitating the recruitment process, lining up interviews, conducting interviews/tests and processing their paperwork. 
  • Implementation and facilitation of the mid-year and annual performance review.
  • Processing time-sheets for monthly payroll and developing the field data for processing salaries.
  • Leave Management and maintaining the leave database in Excel and TAMIS. 
  • Day-to-day operational procedures of HR such as on-boarding of employees, orientation, guiding them on code of business conduct and ethics etc., 
  • Processing of Medical claims (OPD/In-patient) and liaising with the insurance company. 
  • Orientation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in related role required.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • English language fluency required
