Job Description:

  • MCS, BCS, BS Computer Engineering or Equivalent with 3 Years’ experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer operations, system administration, and user support.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSE) or equivalent preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, AD, and networks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operating system, applications, databases, email and complex data interface issues.
  • Ability to implement system backups and test according to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
  • Create and verify backups of data
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
  • Review application logs
  • Install and test computer-related equipment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Mentoring/Training and guidance to junior staff.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and can meet set deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.

Qualification: MCS/BSCS/BS Computer Engineering or Equivalent

Overall Experience: 3 Years

BSCS/B.Com or Equivalent to MCS/BSCS/BS Computer Engineering or Equivalent
