Senior Technical Officer

Job Description:

• BE/ B.Tech in Chemical Technology/ Industrial/ Mechanical or Equivalent with 5 Years of experience.
• Experience using Design of Experiments principles. Six Sigma or DFSS trained.
• Excellent understanding of how to work around processing, memory, I/O, timing, and other limitations associated with microcontrollers
• Hands-on experience with rheological and dynamic mechanical testing instrumentation.
• Demonstrated program leadership experience – proven problem solving and project executions skills.
• Prepare standards and references for the lab and process analyzers and complete all required paperwork
• Troubleshoot issues with instruments and methods and provide assistance to others when lab problems occur.
• Document and communicate instrument troubleshooting in logs and instrument reliability tracking tools.
• Proven history of creativity/ingenuity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate ideas in research, operations, and commercial environments with implementation & commissioning.
• Participation in the field development plans and activities.
• Evaluation of new acreages/prospective areas and prepare recommendations to increase the exploration portfolio as business development plan.
• Budgeting & Financial implications for Lab / Engineering operations.
• Any other tasks needed by management.
