PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIER/VENDORS FY-2017
World Vision Pakistan (WVP), an International relief and development organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice in Pakistan, seeks to pre-qualify suppliers for the following categories for a period of one year:
Goods, Services and Supplies, Livestock, Agriculture Supplies, IT Equipment, Printing and Production Services, Medicine & Medical Equipment, Office & School Furniture, Vehicle Tires, Office Stationeries, Tents Manufacturers and Others (General Order Suppliers)
All reputed and established companies/firms/manufacturers/suppliers having strong financial background, having a valid tax number and sound experience in the above-mentioned services are invited to apply for the participation in the Pre-qualification Process by submitting the Pre-Qualification forms (download WVP pre-qualification document). Attachment can be found above in front of attachement.
Each vendor’s performance in terms of quality, delivery, after sales services and other contractual obligations will be closely monitored and periodically reviewed during the contractual period.
Interested parties should submit the pre-qualification documents along with company profile by May 14, 2017 to: “Procurement Committee” World Vision International (Pakistan) 3rd Floor, Plot # 33, Al-Rahman Mall, G-11 Markaz, Islamabad
Pakistan. An envelope should be marked clearly as “Pre-qualification of Vendors FY2017”.
