  • Winning bidder will be informed next day of opening of bids. 
  • Delivery of Items is required to be made within 15 working days after issuance of Purchase Order.  Rutgers reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders/bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and cannot be challenged in any court.
