• B.Sc. Vision Sciences degree from a recognized institute
• Should have a firm grasp of theory and practice in the screening of known Diabetics for Diabetic Retinopathy and counseling of Diabetes and other eye complications.
• Minimum 1 year clinical and field work experience.

General Requirements:

• Skillfully manages individual, group, and organizational interactions.
