Job Description:
- Creates and manages design concepts, hands-on design and art work, and leads the development and implementation of high-quality, interface design, configuration and graphic design.
- Perform all necessary software maintenance tasks including coding, testing, debugging, upgrading and modification.
- Apply software development methodologies as directed by Manager ICT to develop, implement and test Systems and software components.
- Design, develop and implement Systems and software technical specifications based on business requirements provided by management. Develop and maintain Systems and software documentation in order to facilitate maintenance and upgrade activities.
- Provide the necessary technical support and work on a team basis to all members of
- Conceptualizes and designs Website layout, graphics, logos and banners.
- Generates graphic images/illustrations, interactive presentations, flash files, sound, and video into multimedia programs for use on the Web or CD/DVD.
- Thinks creatively to produce new ideas.
- Primarily responsible for the maintenance of the organization web site and web based MIS. This is the first point of contact with e-Government application to be used for Monitoring and evaluation MIS’s.
- Keep update organization website which is being used for dissemination of progress information and providing public document for download. As well as valuable source of information for citizens and all other stakeholders. So, it is important to keep it up to date and relevant.
- Ensure up-to-date details of all progress and make that all level of user is accessing correct and updated data.
- Responsible to trace out and fix the technical problem if occur at any time in web site or web based MIS.
- Responsible to make functional the help-desk of DSS by interpreting and addressing user request and troubleshooting users technical web-related problems.

Education:
At least having University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer engineering.
Experience:
- 5 years working experience with International organizations, National/ Provincial Government/Semi Government.
- Having sound knowledge of web-based M&E system and working experience of web development using close source or open source software.
- Outstanding graphic design skills with at least 2 years of experience in designing visions and layout for web portals
- Web GIS, Arc GIS, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia FLASH, knowledge of other graphics applications is valued.
- Development of application for major 3 platforms namely laptop, tablet and smart phone.
- Application and Database optimization.
- having vast understanding of RDMBS, Visual Studio dot net technology, Silverlight, C# or VB dot net, Adobe Photo Shop, PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, JQuery, HTML 5, XML, DTHML, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Web server and Graphics.
