Qualification:

 BSc Nursing or Diploma,

IPD, ICU, OT with atleast 1 year of experience.

Job Description:

1. The staff nurse will remain pleasant, sympathetic and concerned towards her patients and she will administer maximum nursing care according to the needs of the patient.
2. She/he will maintain patient care environment in her ward / department in which the values customs and religious beliefs of her patients are respected.
3. she/he will not disseminate personal information of the patient to any in concerned person
4. She/he will maintain exemplary conduct, discipline and character.
5. She/he will be under the immediate supervision of matron and will be directly answerable to her in all matters relating to conduct and discipline.
6. She/he will be responsible for the general supervision of the ward.
7. She/he will attend ward rounds with concerned specialist and carry out orders issued by her without any delay
8. She/he will maintain TPR chart and performs nursing.
