Senior Manager (Equivalent BPS-20)

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education. Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Management or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC.

Experience: 12 years of relevant experience

Skills Required:

• Senior Manager will report to Director Infrastructure and Project Director and he / she should have the ability to research best practices and devise policy incentives for the technology park, develop strategic road map. Establish master plans for IT park, vision and mid-long term development strategies and actions plans. Deliver  project management services and ensure inclusion of performance metrics in project procurement plan. Monitor project delivery and implement project controls.
• Excellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient manner
• Ability to lead a and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
• Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Internet and email applications

Job Descriptions:

• Design project implementation plan to meet the objectives of project within the defined scope.
• Identify, define and integrate tasks assigned to project team
• Directs the priorities, work program, and resource allocation within the project
• Coordinate the project activities.
• Continuous monitoring of project milestones and deliverables for proper utilization of funds in-line with project scope, objectives and rules & regulations
• Implement the project plan as devised by Project Director
• Overall responsible for project management, success/ failure and execution
• Assist Project Director in preparation of short/long term project plans and then execute them
• Perform milestone reviews with higher management
