Well Reputed national NGO is looking for energetic and experienced male and female candidate for a short term project of door to door data collection in Urban and Rural areas of KPK and Punjab through Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI). Utilization of technology tools is the essential part of the data collection process and Android based tablets will be used to fill ERFs.
Area Coordinator`s Job Description
This is specialized technical and administrative work coordinating the production and delivery of IT based surveying services.
- Plans, organizes and directs the activities of technical survey personnel.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including GPS coordinates and survey sessions conducted at survey sites.
- Preparation of detailed project implementation work plan.
- Ensure that program implementation follows the defined strategies and methodologies.
- Actively participate in the development and improvement of those strategies and methodologies.
- Guide, supervise and capacitate the teams.
- Ensure proper management and monitoring of the entire project cycle.
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation and review of activities.
- Be alert to opportunities arising for learning, collaboration, and partnership that may enhance program quality and responsiveness.
- Liaise with technical staff and its participants/ partners.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
- Participates in the selection, placement, training, appraisal, safety and discipline of assigned employees.
- Ensure close coordination between all stakeholders, as and when requested by Program Coordination.
- Project reporting in line with organization and Donors Protocols.

Qualification
- Master in Geology or Statistics with At least Seven years’ experience in related assignments
