Well Reputed national NGO is looking for energetic and experienced male and female candidate for a short term project of door to door data collection in Urban and Rural areas of KPK and Punjab through Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI). Utilization of technology tools is the essential part of the data collection process and Android based tablets will be used to fill ERFs.
Field Supervisor`s Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan for the field data collection exercise
- Oversee and supervise the data collection exercise
- Assures Quality of the collected data for completeness and accuracy.
- Generate values for rate administration through the computer aided valuation system.
- Preparing activity progress reports
- Provide feedback and take immediate notice of and resolve any problems arising in the field.
- Plan and prepare requirements for the field exercise.
- Sensitize stakeholders
- Coordinate and supervise all field activities.
- Review collected data attributes for completeness and accuracy.
- Plan for field validation to ensure completeness of the data collection exercise
- Ensure data collection is comprehensive and as per the SOPs of the Organization
- Train field data enumerators in the area of data collection.
- Compile and submit reports
- Any other duty not listed but assigned by higher management
Knowledge and skill requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities
- Strong team player
- Good understanding and knowledge of the local situation and of the community dynamics
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office applications(Excel ,Word, Access, Power point)
- High level of integrity
Qualification
- Graduate with At least Five years’ experience in related assignments
- Master in Statistics will be preferred
