Main Purpose of Job

  • Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, Organizational Design & Development, People Skills, Retaining Employees, Compliance Management & HSE Operations.

Academic Knowledge & Required Experience

  • MBA/ Master Degree in HR Management, Minimum 15 years experience in Human Resources Management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develops organization strategies by identifying HR issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing HR objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Implements HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation & benefits, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, Legal & Social compliance, and employee & industrial relations.
  • Manages HR operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change & Grievance Handling.
  • Support Management by providing HR advices, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  • Guides Management & Employee actions by developing and updating Policies, SOPs & guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action
  • Ensures HR Support to HSE operations by synergizing employees to create a safe & healthy working environment 
  • Any Other Job relevant to HR scope, assigned by the Management
