NOTE: ALL ORDINARILY RESIDENT APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED WORK AND/OR RESIDENCY PERMITS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION. This nonprofit humanitarian organization is seeking an eligible and qualified individual for the position of Internee in Peshawar Project.

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION: Support and monitor the implementation of CMAM activities in the field and participate in related data collection and data analysis

• S/he under the direct supervision of CMAM Program manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the activities of the nutrition service packages according to the standards of WFP/Unicef.

• S/he will be responsible for guiding and monitoring of the overall activities of the CMAM team, controlling and managing supplies for the CMAM sites and field activities.

• Providing technical support for the CMAM team, facilitating referral service for moderate acute malnutrition.

• S/he will play a major role in managing, organizing the team at the CMAM sites in the field operations.

• In addition, s/he will take the lead in organizing the weekly bi weekly and monthly report for the implementation of CMAM to the line manager and share best practices observed in the implementation.

• Conduct regular monitoring visit to SFP sites at Union council and also to villages’ to assess the implementation status of project activities towards achieving the project objectives in an efficient way.

• Ensure that all the field staff is at their work place and performing their duties responsibly during working hours.

• Ensure all nutrition data are collected with quality and reported, prepared and shared on time with line manager.

• He/ she will be responsible for the preparation of the success stories in accordance with the standard protocol.

• Ensure all the program related documents including hard and soft copies of data relating to program operations are being stored safely and easy access when necessary Prepare and submit all the reports required by WFP and UNICEF on time fulfilling their reporting requirements.

• Processing of food requisitions in logistic section on behalf of field teams and ensure timely arrival of supplies and monitor distribution in field offices and SFP sites • Monitor proper storage of nutrition supplies at district and Field warehouses.

• Ensure the Vehicles at the field office are efficiently used for programmatic purpose only.

• Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with health facility’s staff in BHUs.

• Any other program related task assigned by the senior management

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: NOTE: All applicants must address each required qualification listed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the applicant is not qualified.

1. EDUCATION: B.Sc Human Nutrition

2. EXPERIENCE: 6 months OR above

3. LANGUAGE: English, Urdu, Pashto

4. KNOWLEDGE: Good report writing, computer skills and well oriented about nutrition program.

ABILITIES & SKILLS: Good Reporting and Computer Skills. Well Oriented about the Nutrition programs.
