Relevant Experience:

 

1. Bachelors degree or above
2. Preferably more than 3 years+ experience in direct selling, marketing and operational management

3.  Ideally have experience in branch operations management
4. Professional working proficiency in at least one of the following: English, French or Spanish.

Job Description:

1. Manage product inventory and orders in line with the marketing plan and business strategy

2. Be responsible for the introduction of products, planning and promotion of the OEM and ODM

3. The Operations Manager is responsible for the products’ registration, import and export management. The Operations Manager must also establish and maintain the local products storage and delivery systems

4. Successful candidates will be responsible for the approval of authorized store. In addition they will set the design standard of the authorized store

5. Be responsible for improving the customer service system, carry out the business policy and make sure the company abides by standard business regulations. The Operations manager is also expected to provide high quality customer service

6. Devise and carry out the department monthly, quarter and annual plans respectively

7. Be responsible for distributor’s honours, promotions and their networking relationships

8. Be responsible for the management and development of the e-Commerce business

9. Implement the universal Tiens policy and complete assignments assigned by the branch manager.
