Main Duties:
- Provide Leadership and Management to the technical team in light of that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
- Act as a motivator and leader for the performance technology team.
- Drive the technology vision through the company to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives.
- Oversee measurement of all internal technology processes.
- Lead and drive the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes for the technology team.
- Lead workforce/resource planning efforts and be a champion of professional development for the technology team.
