Education: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
& PMP Certified
Experience: At least 15 Years
Location: Lahore
Salary: 1500K – 200K
Main Duties:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO), will need to be a dynamic, highly professional and must have experience of at least 15 Years.
Having related education and experience in Electrical or Mechanical area.
Ability to adapt knowledge to the context in Pakistan:
Able to manage, motivate, train, and lead a team of related professionals;
Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and employee’s growth plans.
Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
Performing all the coordination activities with the management of company and employee regarding company policies.
Attend Board and Subcommittee meetings; including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee.
