Assistant Project Coordinator (Ziarat)

 Job Description:

• Supervision, planning & implementation of all the project activities timely and qualitatively
• Coordination & supervision of staff involved in the project implementation.
• Regular monitoring of all the activities
• Ensuring formation of CBOs/CSOs at community level.
• Paper work of CBOs completed for their registration with the relevant authorities.
• Coordinate development of Clear linkages of CBOs/CSOs with WDD Baluchistan.
• Supervise capacity building activities under the project
• Ensuring MIS Data Base updated and completed by the data management team.
• Supervise TNA process for its timely and qualitatively completion.
• Assists HRD team in developing and preparing materials for training, training manuals and promotional awareness campaigns, workshops, and any other public events.
• Ensuring complete record and data of community organizations as well as training activities through project staff.
• Strong coordination and regular meetings with Govt officials and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with respect to their potential involvement and contribution as external actors in the project.
• Coordinate and support productive and longer-term linkages of CBOs with the stakeholders.
• Identifying priorities regarding violence prevention and community safety for women.
• Reporting on monthly bases of the project activities.
• Compilation of case studies.
• Conducting project staff meeting at regional & head office levels. 
• Pay regular visits to the project locations in the Field in order to supervise, monitor &follow up the implementation of work.
• Seek Guidance from Program Manager Resource Mobilization for conduction of timely completion of capacity building activities.
