Data Management Officer

Relevant Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors/Master in IT/Computer Science
•  2-3 years experience as MIS/Data Management with NGO/INGO

Job Description:

• Collection & entry of daily progress on Health/Wash/DRR/Nutrition data
• Responsible for technical analysis of data received by the field staff
• Prepare & share daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
• Maintenance of data base for Health/Wash/DRR/Nutrition component and other relevant data.
• Preparation of program presentation and updating on regular basis.
• Regular coordination with project manager and field coordinator related of Project field data
• Managing data on data base and other relevant reporting formats.
• Trouble shooting and solving daily IT/computer problems of office
• Field visit to check the quality of data entry and record keeping
• Will be responsible on job training of staff regarding record keeping and reporting of Project data received from field
• Will be responsible to keep all record and reports safe both in hard copy and soft copy.
• Ensure data backup mechanism is available at field office.
• Will be responsible for entering and updating the HR data in HR formats and sahre to Country Office on regular basis
