RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.

  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.

  • Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.

  • Identify training and development opportunities and organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.

  • Provide staff orientations.

  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities and ensure daily attendance, monthly timesheets.

  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

  • Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment

  • Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.

  • Schedule and organize interviews and participate in applicant interviews

  • Conduct reference checks of selected candidate.

  • Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.

  • Conduct exit interviews.

  • Arrange meetings.

  • Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

  • Preparing staff handbooks.

  • Maintaining staff record.

  • Maintain monthly leave record.

  • Processing payroll every month to Finance department.

  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

  • Any other assignment assign by supervisor.

 

Qualification:

MBA(HRM) with minimum of 4 to 5 years relevant experience
