Organization Change Management, Greenfield HR Projects, Policy Framework, Career & Growth Management, Job Analysis, Profiling, Mercer IPE/Hay, Performance Management, Engagement Survey, HR&R Committee interface, Manpower Strength, Third party workforce planning, Organization Design & Structure proposals, Coordinate with Consultants
Desired Personal Profile:
Postgraduate degree in Business, Organization Management, in addition an Engineering first degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is definitive plus.
Having 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent Creative Writing, Mercer/Hay Qualification, Strategist, Convincing, Analytical, Visio, SPSS or like software, SAP PA & Org
