A leading organization from Fertilizer Sector is looking for qualified and experienced professional as HR Business Partner.
Education: Postgraduate degree in relevant subject
Experience: At least 6 Years
Location: Karachi
Main Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected but not limited to perform following functions;
Facilitate HR Process for SBUs at the plant site, SAP functional support, induction process, query-problem resolution, Third party workforce management, induction to separation, PR and PO for wages disbursement (1000-1500) 3rd party strength. Liaison with Contracts and Finance, Disciplining Labor Contractors. Shutdown and Turnaround Planning and execution, Oversee Time evaluation.
Desired Personal Profile;
Postgraduate Degree in HR or any other relevant subject.
Having 6 to 8 years of extensive relevant experience.
High pressure tolerant, Customer service skills, Pleasant and inviting, Relationship development.
Stong interpersonal, techanical, analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand the fertilizer business quickly, can put extra hour. Mentally and physically strong.
