A Real Estate Developer, based in Islamabad has the openings for the Manager Administration & Security positions as part of project management team for its high-rise building construction and development. 


Position:                     Manager Administration & Security

Reporting to:             Project Manger/ Resident Director

 

General Purpose:

Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring smooth & coordinated operations with supply of Water, Power, and sanitation etc.
  • Logistic support, vehicle allocation, fuel supply and maintenance of office equipment/ vehicles and project site.
  • Liaison with embassies regarding visas of company executives and foreign employees.
  • Travel Arrangements, Ticketing and accommodation for the company guests.
  • Security, to ensure project premises as secured as per the standard prevailing practices. Gate office control, documentation through gate inward/out ward pass, Site surveillance & security
  • Accommodation, to control and streamline the accommodation of site staff & labor.
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  • Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
  • Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances
  • Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
  • Liaison with institutions to deal with administration related legal matters of the project.

 

Project Co-ordination

  • Management of Sub-contracting as per the Company Procedures.
  • Liaison with relevant institutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Documentation and Record keeping of documents etc.

 

Qualification/Experience

Master Degree in Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience at the Managerial position.

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications

  • Ability to build trust and confidence with management and staff.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Consultation skills; understanding of design and coordination with institutions/consultants.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations & industry standards etc.
  • MS office & all basic official use software’s.
